Befesa Gestión de Residuos Industriales has a Quality Management System certified by AENOR according to the requirements imposed by the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Rule for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Industrial Waste Management Activities.

The Industrial Cleaning Division of Befesa Gestión de Residuos Industriales has a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001: 2000 Rule according to the Lloyd's Quality Assurance applicable to the following activities:

• Chemical cleaning.
• Industrial Cleaning.
• Unloading, sieving and loading of catalyst under inert atmosphere
• Tank cleaning and repair activities
• Hydro demolition
• Waste management with permanent and mobile plants

The Waste Management activities performed by Befesa Gestión de Residuos Industriales hold the AENOR and IQNET Environment Management Certificates.

The Nerva, Ajalvir, Palos and Puebla de Alfidén Waste Management Centres are recorded in the EMAS register.

Befesa Gestión de Residuos is a member of the WaterJet Technology Association.
